About Us

Cross Creek the Band is a Country/Southern Rock band from a small town in West Virginia.  The band has six members, four of which are brothers and two good friends.   Initially the group enjoyed playing guitars around a campfire.  It wasn’t until they were inspired by the Poverty Neck Hillbillies; they made the decision to put a band together.

The group is made up of a veteran of the US Air Force Reserves, a veteran of the Navy, two Firefighters one of which is an EMT and another is a local police officer.  This goes without saying, they are proud supporters!  Having the honor to perform for the 911th Air Force Reserves Flight Engineers gave them the opportunity to show their appreciation!  This inspiration along with the many memories of growing up on their family farm has helped the group write a few original songs.

The guys naturally bleed Black & Gold – all things Pittsburgh.   When the group is not playing music, you can find the guys watching the Penguins, Steelers or Pirates.

Cross Creek enjoys performing but appreciates the love and support their family, friends and fans have provided.  Without them, the group would not be where they are today.
